It takes a lot of courage to ask for help because it puts us in a vulnerable position. I hope to have the privilege of providing you with a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental place, where I walk alongside you through your unique journeys. With over 7 years of experience supporting individuals and families, I offer a holistic, trauma-informed approach. I incorporate family theories, the Gottman Method, and attachment theories, along with DBT, ACT, EMDR, Neurofeedback, and mindfulness techniques. I will endeavour to meet you where you are and work collaboratively with you to help you express your needs, explore the impacts of your family and society, as well as share some tactics to navigate difficult moments in life.
