About Joseph

Dr. Csumrik is a registered Doctor of Chiropractic and is a member of the Ontario Chiropractic Association. After successfully completing his Honours Bachelor of Science degree in biology at McMaster University, he pursued further education at The Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. In 2008, he graduated from the college with a Doctorate degree. Dr. Csumrik pursued further training by becoming certified as an Medical Acupuncturist at McMaster University, and also received his certification as an Active Release Provider (ART©) for the spine, upper and lower limb. Dr. Csumrik’s interest and involvement in competitive athletics (volleyball and basketball) while in high school and university helped to foster his decision to become a chiropractor. As a result, he has a keen understanding and interest in physical health and overall well-being. Dr. Csumrik believes in treating in a holistic manner, looking not only at the local signs and symptoms, but also at the overall function of the body when treating musculoskeletal injuries. Dr. Csumrik uses his experience and training to provide treatment and rehabilitative care for acute and chronic injuries, work-place injuries, motor vehicle accidents, sports injuries and many more. Dr Csumrik also is fully qualified to assess and prescribe custom orthotics. Dr Csumrik is also certified in the Functional Anatomy Seminars FR® Upper-Limb.
