STYLE: Gentle - medium pressure Swedish therapeutic massage. Myofascial release, Craniosacral therapy, Visceral manipulation, joint mobilization, intraoral TMJ work.
My journey into massage therapy began through my own recovery from personal injury, where I discovered its profound benefits. This experience was closely connected with the development of a dedicated yoga practice and the study of somatic movement therapy. In 2014, I completed my formal education at the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy.
I utilize a range of therapeutic techniques, including Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Scar Tissue Mobilization, and Joint Mobilizations. I have a particular passion for women’s health, supporting clients through various life stages, such as pregnancy, and helping them restore balance post-delivery. My approach is holistic, focusing on the integration of mind and body, with an emphasis on breathwork to foster awareness and promote healing.
Before becoming a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), I studied art and design and pursued a career in event management.
