Jessica earned her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Saskatchewan. She excelled in hockey and fastpitch, becoming a dedicated student-athlete with the University of Saskatchewan women's hockey team. Jessica's athletic prowess earned her numerous accolades and the honor of representing Canada at the FISU games in Russia. Her competitive hockey career sparked a passion for understanding the human body and its potential, leading to a holistic approach to physical therapy. She emphasizes patient education, personalized exercise prescriptions, manual therapy, and preventative care. Jessica is committed to professional growth, with a keen interest in orthopedic rehabilitation and sports physiotherapy. She is certified in Dry Needling and has completed Level I of the Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal Program.
