About Jessica

I have been a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario since 2022. I have been trained as a Hypnotist since 2018, and offer it as optional therapy for those seeking a more holistic approach to their well-being. In addition to Hypnotherapy, I also draw from a variety of experiential-based frameworks, including Brainspotting, Parts Therapy (Internal Family Systems), Body Psychotherapy, and mindfulness-based therapies. I have worked with individuals struggling with a range of challenges, including but not limited to perfectionism, anxiety, depression, panic, ADHD, trauma, stress, self-image, self-worth, career concerns, fertility, chronic illness, PTSD, relationship issues, fear of public speaking, performance anxiety, phobias, and addiction. I believe in each individual's capacity to heal and will support you in your journey with a unique blend of experience and skills to help you toward self-discovery and growth through my practice. When I am not working, I enjoy socializing in my dance community through West Coast Swing dancing, learning and studying, playing with my active Golden Retriever, reading, travelling, and spending time with family and friends. I am here to listen and support you in your journey towards a more fulfilling life.
