About Jessica
Jessica is a graduate from Camosun College Massage Therapy Program in 2021 and chose to be a massage therapist to help everyone achieve physical and emotional wellness. She is excited to be a part of the Madrona Team since Sept 2022. She creates a safe and comfortable treatment space to help patients attain their personal healthcare goals. Jessica's treatment style includes techniques structured to each patient's needs and focuses on listening to her patients and creating individualized treatment plans. Jessica is trained in deep relaxation, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, Swedish massage techniques, joint mobilizations, and neuromuscular techniques. Each treatment involves collecting a patient history, assessment and developing a home-care plan. When she is not working, Jessica enjoys the outdoors and exploring the Island with her dog.
