About Jessica
Jessica is a dedicated RMT who takes the time to truly listen to her clients and design treatment plans that keep their goals at the center. She combines her knowledge of anatomy with a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach, working through affected muscles to achieve the best results in each session. Jessica has a particular interest in treating the neck and shoulders, as well as helping those who struggle with tension headaches.
Her background as a Physiotherapy Assistant also allows her to confidently share stretches and exercises, supporting clients in achieving longer-lasting relief.
Outside the clinic, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors through hiking, and expressing her creativity through art.
