I'm passionate about providing personalized, evidence-informed care that supports each person's unique healing journey. I have extensive experience treating a wide range of conditions, including injuries, chronic pain, anxiety, neurological conditions, and motor vehicle accident injuries. I am also certified in oncology massage, with additional training in supporting individuals before, during, and after cancer treatment, including mastectomy and breast reconstruction. I believe movement and therapeutic touch play an important role in healing, which has inspired my ongoing education in yoga, mobility, and holistic wellness.
