Hi! I'm Jess, RMT and owner of The Wellnest. I am a 2200hr graduate of Georgian College in Ontario. After graduating I lived and worked in Toronto for 2 years before making my way west to Alberta. I have worked in a multitude of settings, from spas, wellness centres, and some top-notch multidisciplinary clinics. With 10 yrs. of experience and hours and hours (and hours) of continuing education courses, I would consider myself a well-seasoned therapist.
