Jessica Bugra is a licensed acupuncturist, ABORM board-certified fertility specialist, Ayurvedic counsellor, Reiki practitioner, yoga instructor and somatic life coach based in the Fraser Valley. She is passionate about raising awareness of well-researched, time-tested alternative therapies, and her goal is to help enhance your well-being and inspire you to live a more mindful life. Jessica trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine at PCU College of Holistic Medicine, with advanced certification in fertility care through ABORM (the Acupuncture and TCM Board of Reproductive Medicine). Her approach centers on the nervous system as the foundation of healing — working with the body, emotions, and mind together rather than treating any one in isolation. Blending acupuncture, Reiki, Ayurveda, and coaching, she helps clients regulate the nervous system, process what's held emotionally, and address the root of what's happening in the body, not just the symptom on the surface.
