Jennifer is a compassionate and experienced care worker with a Master of Social Work from York University. For nearly two decades, she's supported those with disabilities and their families, offering personalized care and advocacy. Her background is diverse: over twenty years teaching yoga, practicing energy work, and more than a decade working as a doula. These experiences have shaped my approach to care, allowing her to support people through transitional times while fostering connections between mind, body, and spirit. Jennifer's practice specializes in disability-related issues, the experiences of care workers and caregivers, and life transitions. She uses Narrative Therapy, which is rooted in Feminist, Anti-Oppressive, and Harm-Reduction frameworks. This approach creates an inclusive and supportive space for all. She welcomes individuals from all backgrounds, including 2SLGBTQIA+ communities, people from the global majority, and those of all sizes, shapes, and abilities.
