Jen graduated with honours from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy, and she is driven by the joy she finds in helping people on their journey of healing and recovery. Her mission as a therapist is to work in partnership with her patients to create custom treatment plans that help them reach their health and wellness goals. She believes that mental and physical wellness are deeply intertwined, and that relaxation is a crucial part of every treatment.
Her treatments often include myofascial techniques, trigger point release and therapist-assisted stretching, but her core treatment principle is that massage should always feel good and be relaxing. The happy post-massage smile on her patients’ faces after their treatments bring her as much satisfaction as helping them achieve concrete improvements in their physical health and quality of life. In addition to it's physical benefits, she believes that massage is an amazing tool to help manage depression and anxiety and finds great reward in helping people do so.
Jen lives in and loves Kitsilano. When she’s not at the clinic you can find her at Jericho beach kayaking, biking, picnicking or playing disc golf, otherwise affectionately known as frolf.
