###Training & Experience
Jennifer completed a Masters of Education in Counselling and Psychotherapy at the University of Toronto's Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE/UT) in 2020. She previously obtained an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Brock University in 2016. Jennifer is also GAIN-Q3 MI ONT certified, a SMART Recovery Facilitator, and has completed Indigenous Cultural Safety training.
In addition to providing services at Brookside Psychologists, Jennifer has also provided counselling and served as Dialectic Behaviour Therapy (DBT) team lead at Community Addiction Services of Niagara (CASON). Jennifer employs Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness therapeutic techniques in her practice to deliver individualized care.
