With over 25 years of experience, Jeff is one of the most established and trusted Kinesiologists in the Lower Mainland. Known for his clinical precision, structured programs, and coach-like communication style, Jeff has helped thousands of clients recover from injury, rebuild confidence, and achieve lasting physical resilience.
As Director of Active Rehabilitation at Forge Health, Jeff also oversees care planning and clinical mentorship, ensuring each client receives safe, evidence-informed treatment tailored to their unique needs.
A former elite hockey player and university-level coach, Jeff brings both scientific expertise and real-world athletic experience to every session. Whether you’re recovering from a car accident, managing chronic pain, or seeking high-level training guidance, Jeff provides the clarity, consistency, and leadership that clients of all ages and abilities trust.
