I am a graduate of the Masters of Clinical Social Work Student at the University of Calgary, specializing in Adult Mental Health and Addictions. My approach is somatic, collaborative, and trauma-informed, focusing on building a safe relationship where you can practice setting boundaries and communicating. I help you reconnect with yourself by exploring how trauma is stored in your body. With my personal experience in recovery and extensive work with people who use substances, I'm passionate about harm reduction, addiction, codependency, addicted family systems and recovery. I deeply value reconciliation, decolonization, social justice, and inclusivity, and approach each relationship with full acceptance and curiosity. As a queer person in a polyamorous relationship, I bring lived experience in navigating identity and discrimination and can support you in your path.
