Hello, my name is Jason, and I’ve been a Registered Massage Therapist in Ottawa for over 15 years.
I’m a graduate of Algonquin College’s Massage Therapy program and have had the opportunity to work in a wide range of clinical settings, including alongside physiotherapists and chiropractors, as well as in corporate and mobile care. I’ve also taught massage therapy at the college level, which reflects my passion for both the profession and ongoing learning.
My practice focuses primarily on therapeutic and deep tissue massage, helping to address pain, tension, and movement restrictions. I have experience treating a variety of conditions including sports injuries, motor vehicle-related injuries, scar tissue, and general muscular dysfunction. I also incorporate techniques such as fascial release, neuromuscular therapy, and stretching to support longer-term results.
That said, I also value the importance of relaxation and recovery, and I’m always happy to tailor treatments to meet you where you’re at. Every client presents differently, so I take the time to understand your goals and adjust each treatment to support the best possible outcomes.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy working with my hands through woodworking, staying active, and spending time with dogs, something I hope to incorporate more into my practice in the future.
