Jasmine has completed her Bachelor’s Degree of Health Science in Kinesiology with a specialization in Health and Wellness as well as a Diploma in Massage Therapy. She is a Registered Kinesiologist, Registered Massage Therapist, Rehabilitation Therapist, and a professional member of the Ontario Kinesiology Association and Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario. Jasmine’s experience has trained her to bring a high degree of expertise and management to each case. Jasmine is passionate about assisting individuals in achieving their peak level of health and performance. She has gained years of professional experience in working with various conditions such as MSK conditions, orthopedic injuries, muscle weakness, post- operative, sports rehab, neuromuscular conditions and many more. Based on her service, her treatment style consists of manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription and athletic taping with a fundamental emphasis on determining kinetic imbalances and re-establishing and optimizing body movement and function. Jasmine believes in using an evidence- based approach to care. She has a continuous commitment to education, and enjoys learning about cutting edge techniques and best practices that she can implement in her practice. Jasmine is a strong believer that patient recovery is not based on their treatment alone, but on the overall treatment experience. Outside the clinic, you can see Jasmine treating sports leagues and teams; helping players achieve their peak state of health and performance.
