Janet graduated from Professional Institute of Massage Therapy in 2018. She is trained in deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, geriatric and prenatal massage. She plans on continuing her education in myofascial cupping and the connection between the brain and the body.
She enjoys working with a wide range of clients, to release tension and relieve pain. She believes in working with many different modalities to ensure the body and mind feel good. She is excited to be working with so many amazing people. In her spare time, she is working on ways to heal her own body and spending time with her friends and family.
