Solace, Reiki, Energy and Wellness is the culmination of many years of work, study and practice in the art and science of energy and holistic wellness. Reiki, the Universal Energy, is availbale to us all, helping to kick-start our own inner-healing. Through gentle, positive action, Reiki helps to shift, rebalance and rejuvinate energy in and around the body. We all take care of our physical bodies - Reiki Energy is a gentle, practical way to regularly care for our Energetic Anatomy, which is the fertile soil for all we create in the outer world around us.
