About Jaime
Jaime earned her degree in Kinesiology at the University of Toronto, and then went on to study Osteopathic Manual Practice at the Southern Ontario College of Osteopathy.
Jaime is a dedicated professional with a passion for holistic wellness and believes in treating the body as a whole, addressing root causes rather than symptoms alone. Her approach emphasizes patient education and empowerment, guiding individuals towards optimal health and well-being. With a commitment to ongoing learning and a genuine desire to make a positive impact, Jaime is dedicated to helping others achieve their wellness goals and live life to the fullest.
During her study in Kinesiology, Jaime developed a keen interest in women's health, athletic therapy, and sports medicine. Her interest for women’s reproductive health led her to focus she osteopathic thesis on treating dysmenorrhea with cranial and visceral osteopathic approach.
With six years of experience as a swimming instructor and two years volunteering at Sickkids Hospital, Jaime enjoys with working with children and families, and looks forward to practicing pediatric osteopathy. She is trained to treat individuals of all ages as young as newborns.
When she is not working in the clinic, Jaime enjoys quality time with friends and family, exploring nature, being physically active such as hiking, mountain biking, and rock climbing, and painting and doing pottery. She is excited to meet you and help you heal and thrive!
