About Iris

Iris is a trained massage therapist from CDI college and has received her 2200 hour diploma. She is a member in good standing with the RMTA and is a recognized practitioner by all insurance companies in Alberta. Whether clients are looking for a deep tissue massage or more of a relaxation massage, Iris is able to customize her treatments in order to ensure that all of her clients receive the relief they are looking for. She loves to see people get relief and experience healing through massage therapy. She specializes in low back pain, headaches, frozen shoulder and chronic whiplash. In her spare time, Iris loves to cook healthy recipes, hike, camp, practice yoga as well as TaeBo Fitness.
