Ian has been an RMT since 2005 working with clients ranging from Olympic athletes to the elderly and veterans who reside in Long Term Care facilities.
Having over 20 years experience in the fitness industry, Ian’s main focus is with Sports Injury Prevention/Rehabilitation and Sports Performance. He is exceptionally proficient in many skills including Myo-Fascial Release, Neuro-Muscular Therapy, Joint Mobilization, Swedish Massage, Pre-natal Massage, Sports Massage and is continually looking to expand his knowledge of the health profession.
With his dedication and a strong compassion for helping others, Ian always strives to enhance the well being of all his clients.
When not at work, Ian is busy raising a family with his wife. In his spare time you'll find him training at the gym or the dojo.
