Medis completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at York University and her Master of Physical Therapy at University of Toronto. Medis is passionate about movement and creating joy along the way for clients as she supports their rehab journey. She is invested in understanding her clients injuries and setting meaningful goals collaboratively.
Medis is a lifelong learner and is dedicated to academic and personal growth. She has training and experience in orthopaedics, concussion care, women’s health and teaching group fitness classes.
