About Holly

Note: Holly will be out of the office from mid-July through the end of August, but will continue offering virtual counselling sessions during this time. Regular virtual appointments are currently available on Wednesdays and Sundays. If these days don't work for you, please reach out with your preferred date and time. Holly will do her best to find an appointment that fits your schedule. Holly looks forward to connecting with both new and returning clients throughout the summer. Holly Morgan has Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BCACC, bringing nearly two decades of experience as a therapist, coach, mentor, and educator. She has worked with youth, families, and individuals from diverse backgrounds, equipping her with a deep understanding of the challenges people face across various life stages. Holly’s journey in counseling, education, and competitive coaching has provided her with invaluable skills in communication, mentorship, and fostering resilience—qualities that now shape her counseling practice. Holly approaches each client with empathy and a personalized focus, tailoring therapeutic plans to meet their unique needs and goals. She values building a strong foundation of trust and incorporates each person’s experiences, relationships, and personal history into a collaborative path toward growth. Her practice integrates strengths-based strategies, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and somatic practices to support clients in overcoming obstacles, reconnecting with their bodies, and cultivating balance. Holly’s work spans a variety of areas, including dealing with anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, disordered eating, substance use recovery, career development, and academic or career pressures. Whether you’re seeking support to build resilience, improve self-regulation, or create meaningful change, Holly provides a compassionate and empowering space to help you move toward a more fulfilling life.
