Holly has been a Registered Massage Therapist since December 2018. Having several years of previous experience in the spa industry working as an esthetician/spa therapist, she brings a unique perspective to her practice. Holly always likes to give the kind of massages she herself would like to receive, aiming to provide treatments that aren’t just relaxing, but also effective in treating dysfunction and helping with pain management. She utilizes modalities such as myofascial release, and trigger point therapy integrated with Swedish relaxation techniques and a smooth rhythm with pressure that varies depending on what the tissue needs.
