With over 10 years of experience in mental health support, I’ve walked alongside children, youth, and young adults as they confront obstacles in school, work, and family dynamics. My approach is grounded in empathy and collaboration, creating a space where you feel safe to explore your story without judgment. Originally working in schools and nonprofits in Hong Kong, I now continue my passion for mental health advocacy in Toronto, supporting clients in post-secondary settings and private practice.
