Henry Infante is a Registered Massage Therapist and graduate of Makami College’s 3,000-hour Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy program. He is an active member of the Canadian Registered Massage Therapy Association (CRMTA) and is passionate about helping clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and achieve their wellness goals. Henry believes that massage therapy plays an important role in addressing the aches, pains, and movement restrictions that can develop from everyday activities, workplace demands, injuries, and postural imbalances. His treatment approach is tailored to each client’s individual needs, combining therapeutic techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, cross-fiber friction, myofascial release, stretching, and adhesion release to help restore function and relieve discomfort. Henry provides a wide range of treatments, including relaxation massage, therapeutic and sports massage, deep tissue massage, hot stone massage, prenatal massage, manual lymphatic drainage, and cupping therapy. He is also certified in Traditional Thai Massage and Table Thai Massage, incorporating assisted stretching techniques into treatments when appropriate to help improve flexibility, mobility, and overall well-being. Whether a client is seeking pain relief, recovery from physical activity, improved range of motion, or simply an opportunity to relax and recharge, Henry strives to create a comfortable and effective treatment experience that supports long-term health and wellness. Outside of the clinic, Henry enjoys spending time with his family, participating in his church’s music ministry, watching movies with his children, cooking, and playing volleyball.
