Heather (she/her) is an experienced RMT who draws on her training in Swedish, Thai + Shiatsu styles of Massage to create a treatment that will best serve each individual client. Understanding the inextricable link between mind + body, Heather's approach is to address both the source of physical pain/discomfort and the nervous system as it relates to stress + tension. During her off time, Heather can be found hiking in the Rouge, escaping to the lake, or weight-lifting at the gym. Heather works on the Lower Level so please enter through the side door at 47B Main Street.
