After moving to Victoria from Nanaimo to pursue her dreams of becoming a massage therapist, Hannah fell in love with the city and surrounding nature. Hannah has experience with a variety of conditions from sports and overuse injuries to complex conditions. Techniques Hannah uses range from general Swedish massage to myofascial trigger point release, to stretch and strengthening.
Hannah believes that massage therapy plays an integral part in healing as well as for overall wellness. She aims to provide relaxing yet effective treatment to help her patients achieve their goal whether it be to return to doing something they love or to maintain their level of comfort in their day to day lives.
In her free time, Hannah can be found reading, dancing, or exploring the beautiful island she calls home.
