Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Hailey has been a massage therapist since 2006. However, she's been passionate about health and wellness since she could walk. Her massage experience has spanned nearly 20 years and has shared her talents among the city’s best day spas, such as The Fairmont Pittsburgh Resort and Hotel, Spa Vivace Treesdale, and The Sewickley Spa. She has worked with numerous pro athletes by establishing a good rapport amongst strength and conditioning coaches from hockey to football. Having graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Wellness from Purdue University Global in 2017, she transitioned into academia as an adjunct professor at Pittsburgh Technical College, where she taught aspiring massage therapists modalities such as Intro to Massage, Sports Massage, and Deep Tissue Therapy. More recently, Hailey redirected her focus from spa services to pain management and rehabilitation. This led her to pursue an intensive Medical Massage certification program under the guidance of David Morin, a seasoned practitioner with 40 years of experience, who is recognized as an Approved Provider for Continuing Education in Medical Massage by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB). In July of 2023, Hailey passed the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer exam, further enhancing her expertise in wellness. She has collaborated with physicians and pain specialists at AHN's Center for Complementary and Integrative Health Department, gaining invaluable insights into the limitations of the current American healthcare system. Inspired by her experiences and driven by a commitment to holistic healthcare, Hailey connected with other complementary and alternative health professionals and made the decision to establish Wexford Medical Massage.
