Hi I'm Gary! My past experiences dealing with repetitive stress and sports injuries naturally guided me towards a career in massage therapy. I have been practicing for over 5 years and everyday I learn something new relating to manual therapy and massage. Massage is highly effective in addressing musculoskeletal discomfort and new research is showing specific biological mechanisms and processes on how massage therapy achieves this which I find very exciting.
I frequently use deep myofascial release and joint mobilization techniques. Each session is unique and dependant on your assessment and goals in mind.
Outside of the clinic I enjoy bird watching, tennis, cycling, photography, horror films and drinking coffee.
