Garreth holds a Master of Science in Physical Therapy and a Bachelor of Physical Education with a specialization in Sport Performance from the University of Alberta. His clinical experience spans orthopedics, chronic pain, neurology, cardiorespiratory care, and community rehabilitation. He has also contributed to research in vestibular disorders at the Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital and has volunteered in rural hospitals in Ghana working in the emergency department. Garreth has completed Level 1 and Level 2 Upper courses through the Canadian Orthopaedic Division and has completed concussion education through the University of Calgary and Université Laval, with a focus on concussion prevention, detection, and management. He is passionate about continuing to build his knowledge and using current evidence to provide thoughtful, individualized care. Garreth takes a patient-centred approach to rehabilitation, meeting people where they are and working with them to understand what matters most in their everyday lives. He believes the best rehabilitation is collaborative, with patients feeling heard, understood, and actively involved in their recovery. He enjoys making exercise approachable and engaging, creating programs that are both meaningful and enjoyable while helping patients build confidence in their movement. Outside of the clinic, Garreth enjoys travelling, having explored Europe, South America, and Africa. He also enjoys writing and recording music, golfing, hiking, running, and spending time outdoors.
