Gabe is dedicated to helping men, individuals, and families better understand themselves, navigate complex challenges, and create lasting change. He brings over seven years of experience across mental health, addictions, crisis response, and gender-based violence, with a specialized focus on supporting men through personal growth, accountability, and relationship repair.
Gabe’s work centers on helping men navigate trauma, interpersonal conflict, and major life transitions. Drawing from years of experience facilitating psychoeducational groups for men through the Partner Assault Response (PAR) program in Peel and Halton, he excels at helping clients unpack relationship conflict, develop emotional regulation, and break unhealthy cycles. He integrates elements of CBT, ACT, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) into practical, jargon-free tools that foster real-world growth.
True change requires connection. Gabe provides a down-to-earth, stigma-free space where men can safely drop their guard, challenge themselves, and explore their experiences without judgment. As a neuroaffirming clinician with lived experience of ADHD, he values an environment where clients can show up authentically.
Outside of work, Gabe enjoys exploring hiking trails, building and painting miniatures, and playing guitar.
