I integrate EMDR, IFS, CBT, Inner Child Work, and holistic mind–body techniques that access the subconscious through metaphors, stories, and symbols — helping transform pain and create lasting change. I also support clients exploring expanded states of consciousness, including psychedelic-assisted therapy and near-death experiences. I work with adults navigating trauma and PTSD, panic attacks, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship issues, heart break, emotional regulation, anger, low self-worth, inner critic healing, addictions and cultural identity.
