Eva is from Victoria and is new to the Shawnigan Lake area. She is a recent graduate from the West Coast of Massage Therapy in Victoria. Proudly registered in May 2023, she has recently moved to the area from Lake Cowichan and is looking forward to continuing her career in this new community.
Eva’s therapeutic touch incorporates Swedish Massage, Hot stones and Myofascial Release Techniques with moderate pressure, but she can also provide a gentle and relaxing treatment if preferred.
As a lifelong learner with an innate curiosity about the mind-body connection, Eva has found learning about the nervous system very insightful. As a result, she aims to calm the nervous system in every treatment to facilitate the homeostasis needed for healing the body. She is also looking forward to furthering her knowledge this year and incorporating mindfulness into her massages to help her clients meet their wellness goals.
When not at work, Eva can be found hiking, biking, traveling, cooking, catching up with friends/family and hanging out with her two great loves - her cats. She is looking forward to meeting everyone in this beautiful area and can’t wait to provide this community with some relaxation, healing, and rejuvenation.
