I specialize in a variety of massage modalities, including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, prenatal massage, aromatherapy and IASTM for soft tissue mobilization. When I'm not practicing massage therapy, I enjoy staying active in nature, practicing yoga and Pilates, and continuously expanding my knowledge in the field through research and continuing education.
