About Esther
My passion is to support the health, well-being, and personal growth of others through compassionate, holistic care. For over 11 years, I have been practicing energy work, and offer sessions that promote balance, nervous system regulation, and restoration of the mind and body.
I am certified in Japanese Usui Shiki Reiki Levels I, II, and III, with additional training in traditional relaxation massage and Thai massage. My work also integrates reflexology and Health & Wellness Coaching, allowing me to support clients not only during hands-on sessions, but in developing sustainable habits, stress resilience, and a stronger relationship with themselves.
Each session is tailored to the individual and may include Reiki energy healing, relaxation massage, and reflexology techniques to enhance circulation, reduce tension, and support the body’s natural healing processes. My approach is both intuitive and practical — blending energy-based therapies with grounded wellness guidance to support emotional balance, self-worth, and overall vitality.
It is a true honor to witness clients experience reduced stress, renewed clarity, and a deeper sense of connection within themselves. Every session is offered with presence, professionalism, and deep respect for the body’s innate wisdom and ability to restore.
