Erin is an MSW/RSW who has had the privilege of walking alongside many individuals on their wellness journeys. Life can be messy, unpredictable, and downright overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. She provides a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can be yourself, whether that means showing up with big emotions, tough questions, or even a little dark humour (yes, it’s welcome here!).
Erin works with pre-teen/teens, adults, and couples in her counselling practice. Her approach is integrative, blending authenticity, gentleness, and evidence-based strategies to meet your unique needs. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, and she doesn’t believe in rigid formulas. Instead, she meets you where you are, offering support that feels relevant, practical, and (most importantly) genuine. She welcomes clients from all backgrounds, identities, and orientations, ensuring a space where you feel truly seen and heard.
The therapeutic relationship is the foundation of your work with Erin. She strives to be the kind of therapist she would seek: real, understanding, and committed to your growth. You don’t have to have everything figured out to start; you just have to be willing to show up.
