Erin completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology at Vancouver Island University in 2022 before earning her Master of Science in Kinesiology at Lakehead University in 2023. Growing up, she competed in soccer and track, which fostered her passion for movement, performance, and healthy living.
Currently, Erin is working toward her Rehabilitation Pilates Certification and brings both her academic background and practical experience to Brickyard. She works with clients to improve mobility, functional stability, core strength, posture, and overall movement quality, tailoring each program to support goals ranging from rehabilitation and injury prevention to strength and performance.
Outside the clinic, Erin enjoys running, hiking, camping, swimming, and paddleboarding, embracing an active lifestyle that reflects the values she shares with her clients.
