I’m so excited to be joining the team at Refine and to be offering care in this amazing community! I recently moved to Centretown and absolutely love it; Ottawa has always been home, and it means so much to be able to support people in the city that shaped me.
I have a huge passion for movement and pelvic health, and honestly, there’s nothing better than seeing those light bulb moments—when something finally clicks, and you realize, “Hey, I’ve got this!” Whether it’s getting out of pain, moving with more confidence, or just finally understanding how your body actually works, I love helping people feel strong, capable, and more connected to themselves.
Meeting new people, hearing their stories, and figuring things out together is the best part of what I do. I don’t see myself as the one taking the wheel—I’m more like your co-pilot, helping you navigate the best route back to feeling good. You’re in the driver’s seat, I’m just here with the map (and maybe some snacks) to help you get where you want to go!
