“Andrea and Emilie are my dream team. Being able to schedule two excellent practitioners back to back as a busy mom, 21 months post partum and a working professional is so helpful. Side note — Today I had to bring my son with me and the way he felt welcomed by Steph, Andrea and Emilie was unmatched. He now wants to come with me to all my appointments. “Great massage therapy experience. The therapist was professional, welcoming, and took the time to understand what areas needed attention. The pressure was just right, and the session felt personalized rather than rushed. I left feeling much more relaxed and noticeably less tense. “I can’t recommend Holly and Meg at Refine enough! They’re both amazing when it comes to treating and helping prevent sport injuries. During each treatment, Holly gets to the root of the problem and tailors each appointment to what your body actually needs. Her treatments are effective but still super relaxing — and the bonus facial she offers is such a nice extra touch for some more self care. Meg is just as great. She’s thorough, knowledgeable, and focuses on improving mobility while helping prevent future injuries. You can tell she really understands how to support active people and get them back to feeling their best. Such a great team and such a positive experience every time. Highly recommend!”

“I’ve been seeing Marie-Claire Henry for Osteopathic manual therapy since May of 2025. She is a very skilled practitioner on top of being a very kind person. She’s helped me through some difficult times this year with compassionate care and making sure my body stays aligned. I especially recommend her is you are a hypermobile individual, experiencing joint paint, headaches/migraines, TMJ, or have any old chronic injuries that flare up. It also helps calm your nervous system down if you are feeling particularity anxious or stressed. She’s kept me in top shape to be able to continue with my daily activities as a dancer! Also FYI a student discount is offered and it is in a great location for Carleton University students. Your CUSA insurance also covers some of their practitioners!”
