I bring my own humanity into the room, because to me, true relational and trauma-informed work requires it. My approach is feminist, client-centred, and de-pathologizing: your emotional experience is valid, your body holds wisdom, and you are the expert on your own life. I'm here to walk alongside you, not ahead of you.
