About Ella
Ella came to the study and practice of massage therapy through a fascination with how the body works and its incredible capacity to heal, adapt, and learn new ways to move and thrive. Ella applies a bio-psycho-social approach to working with clients to understand and resolve physical dysfunction and pain in the body. She is passionate about helping her clients to experience ease, joy, and freedom in their bodies, by working together to identify what might be contributing to their pain or disfunction, and how to adapt their daily lives to work towards lasting relief and improved function. Ella works with clients to create treatment plans that take into account treating their physical wellbeing, as well as considering the demands of their lives and available resources so that treatment can be as practical and effective as possible.
