As a passionate and intuitive massage therapist, I’m beginning this new chapter in my life with deep appreciation for the healing power of human touch. With a lifelong connection to movement and nature, I bring an embodied understanding of the body’s rhythms and needs to every session. I chose this path because I truly want to help people feel better — physically, mentally, and emotionally. There’s something deeply fulfilling about knowing I’ve made a positive difference in someone’s day, even in a small way. Massage gives me a sense of purpose, and I approach every treatment with care, empathy, and the intention to support healing and well-being. My background as an active individual — from long hikes and strength training to journaling and playing piano — has taught me to listen deeply, not just with my ears but with my hands. Massage has become a natural extension of how I connect with and care for others. I currently offer Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, focusing on both physical relief and emotional grounding. Whether you’re looking to release tension, reduce stress, or reconnect with your body, my goal is to create a calm, supportive space where you can truly relax and restore.
