I am a licensed naturopathic physician with a passion for personalized care and evidence-based medicine. My focus is beyond treating symptoms; ensuring all concerns are addressed through comprehensive medical history, physical exams and appropriate diagnostic testing. My goal is to empower you to feel your best and make informed decisions. Each treatment plan is tailored based on your health goals, whether it’s to treat existing conditions or prevent future ones.
I address all health concerns as a primary health care provider, and have a keen interest in the following:
• Hormones (thyroid conditions, blood sugar imbalances, hormone imbalances, cortisol imbalances and perimenopause)
• Skin conditions (eczema, psoriasis, and acne)
• Autoimmune conditions (multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, and IBD).
• Cosmetic Botox/Xeomin for anti-aging, prevention of wrinkles (Please note, Botox/Xeomin services can not be invoiced under "Naturopathic Services" for extended health benefits as it is aesthetics)
I obtained my Bachelor of Science from Simon Fraser University in 2014, majoring in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry. I continued directly into naturopathic medical school to earn my Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in 2018. I am an active member of the British Columbia Naturopathic Association (BCNA), College of Naturopathic Physicians of British Columbia (CNPBC), and Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND).
When not in office, I enjoy traveling, trying different cuisine, and spending quality time with family and friends. My motto is to practice what you preach, so I try my best to lead a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
