Dr. Sarah is a dedicated chiropractor and wellness enthusiast. She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, following a degree in Human Kinetics at the University of Windsor. Additionally, Dr. Sarah is trained and certified in Webster Technique – a specific analysis and treatment for pregnancy. Dr. Sarah’s practice style includes an evidence-based approach with detailed physical examinations, diagnosis and hands on manual therapy. Her treatments combine joint manipulations and mobilizations with other non-invasive techniques such as: myofascial release technique (MRT), exercise and mobility prescription, cupping therapy, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) stretching. Dr. Sarah takes a special interest in headaches and neck pain, golf-related injuries and pre/post-natal care. In her spare time, you can find Sarah walking with her dog, Rudy, exploring new recipes in the kitchen and playing card games.
