As a naturopathic doctor, Rebecca integrates traditional and evidence-informed naturopathic treatments with mind-body medicine. Her approach is grounded in the belief that mental, emotional and spiritual well-being have a profound influence on physical health. As a part of her initial intake, she often explores how physical symptoms may originate from emotional blockages, incorporating a trauma-informed lens. Treatment is a combination of mind-body approaches including somatic meditations, Emotional Freedom Technique and holistic counselling along with biomedical modalities like diet, nutritional supplementation, herbal medicine, hydrotherapy and acupuncture. Rebecca is deeply committed to interdisciplinary collaboration, working closely with Dr Katherine Willow ND and other healthcare providers to deliver seamless, comprehensive, and integrative care. Known for her transparent communication and shared decision-making approach, she builds trusted partnerships with patients and healthcare teams alike. Dr. Rebecca Lester ND is a Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) graduate and a licensed practitioner in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO).
