About Mark

Mark Demers Dr.Ac (he/him) blends needling with other Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) techniques, (Guasha, Tuina, electro-acupuncture, and fire cupping), to tailor treatment to each patient’s unique healing process and history. He believes in treating both the symptoms of a condition and its underlying root in order to bring immediate results and long term wellness and balance to his patients. Acupuncture (and the TCM theory upon which it’s based) provides a holistic understanding of a person and treats the body, mind and emotions that make up an individual. Mark has successfully treated a wide range of concerns, from insomnia, stress and mental health issues to digestive issues, concussion symptoms and both men’s and women’s health. He seeks to use TCM, in tandem with Western research and technical advancement, to best treat all forms of pain: from recent injuries to repetitive and chronic conditions.
