Dr. Braich has had the pleasure of working in a hospital setting, collaborating with the medical community in a multidisciplinary environment. This experience has shaped her strong patient-focused approach, utilizing hands-on techniques such as diversified spinal manipulations, soft tissue therapy, medical acupuncture, and Active Release Therapy (A.R.T). In addition to her chiropractic expertise, Dr. Braich is certified in custom orthotics and Kinesio Taping, enhancing her ability to provide comprehensive care. She graduated from McMaster University with a degree in Life Sciences and later completed her chiropractic education at New York Chiropractic College. Her educational background also includes nutrition and therapeutic exercises, including strengthening and endurance programs. Dr. Braich’s passion for helping and healing others began at a young age, influenced by her grandparents who played a significant role in her decision to pursue a career in health. She continuously expands her knowledge through various educational courses to ensure she provides the best possible care for her patients. When she’s not at the office, Dr. Braich enjoys spending time in nature, practicing yoga and meditation, going to the gym, writing, and reading. Above all, she cherishes time with her family and loves travelling with her husband, son, and daughter.
