About Lori
Dr. Lori Watson attended the University of Waterloo and earned a Bachelor of Science degree with Honours Kinesiology in 1999. Upon completion of her degree she managed 3 fitness clubs in the Kitchener-Waterloo area specializing in group fitness classes, personal training and nutritional counselling. Lori's mission, to make a profound and positive difference in peoples lives, led her to the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College where she graduated Cum Laude and with Clinic Honours in 2008.
Dr. Lori enjoys her work immmensely and has had this to say about chiropractic- "more and more people are choosing chiropractic care because they want a natural approach to health and to avoid addictive drugs or irreversible surgery." It is her aim to alleviate pain, restore health, and give advice on posture, nutrition and appropriate exercises to help lead a healthy, active lifestyle.
In her spare time Dr. Lori Watson enjoys weight training, golfing, cooking, listening to music and watching movies.

“I needed to have physiotherapy for a pinched nerve in my back. I searched in my area and found align Chiropractic was near me and had good reviews. I made an appointment and they accomodated me with a speedy appointment. The staff is very nice and very friendly but the icing on the cake is Dr.Lori Watson, she's so knowledgeable and so dedicated to her patients, she explained everything to me and put a realistic treatment plan. “I had repetitive back pain and it got worse with a slip in the bathroom. I contacted Dr Lori Watson’s office. They were very kind in accommodating me even though it was under such short notice. Amazing experience - front desk receptionist was pleasant to deal with and processed my first-time paperwork in no time. Dr Lori Watson was very accommodating and attentive to my issue and gave great advice in terms of correct postures and good practice.
